Navigation:
We utilize your navigation system for redundancy. Setting a standard of control and safety. However, our Captains and Mates use the most up-to-date, high-tech portable navigation systems. Creating a safety net of redundancy.
Our crew members complete vigorous training before they get signed off on watches and voyages.
Crew will log your vessel's position every hour during night operations and during limited visibility. The position is logged every four hours during daylight.
Costs and Fees Below are some examples of base rates seen for our services. Rates vary based on the time of year, availability, and time.
The day rate for a Captain is around $450-800 a day (Plus additional crew from $150-250)
The day rate for a Chief Mate is $350-450 per day
The day rate for a chief engineer is around $500-600 (This is REQUIRED for vessels that have been sold and have sat for some time)
Plan on $40-45 for crew meal a day
Dock fee if required overnight dockage during transport
