We are looking for an on call captain with a 500 to 1600 ton masters license for our commercial aspect of delivery. MUST have all oceans master endorsement, with radar & STCW certifications. We deliver yachts and commercial vessels within the US & US VI but are looking to expand. On an as needed basis. Pay dependent upon experience and need.

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company while driving growth, efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This executive leadership role ensures all divisions operate safely, effectively, and in alignment with the company’s mission, values, and strategic objectives.
The VP of Operations serves as the operational leader of the organization, managing personnel, assets, scheduling, quality control, and financial performance while working closely with ownership to execute long-term business goals.
Direct and oversee all daily company operations.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting.
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
Hire, train, mentor, and evaluate department managers and staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Marine Transportation, Logistics, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in operations management.
Marine industry, transportation, logistics, construction, or service industry experience strongly preferred.
Proven experience leading teams and managing budgets.
Strong financial, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Proficiency with scheduling, Microsoft Office, and operational management software.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel as needed.
